Deck dreams do come true! This was the 3rd or 4th company we reached out to for a new lower deck being built and a restoration of our exisiting deck. Once we met with McLean Property Services, it was a no brainer. Their quote was reasonable and clearly communicated. They had some great design ideas that resulted in a bar to sit at on the higher deck, overlooking the lower one. They were quick, courteous, professional and even found time in their day to chat with our kids who were curious about the project. We really felt they went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with the finished result. Honestly, the only downside has been the neighbour envy :)

We originally hired McLean Property Services to remove our old deck and build a new one, and they did an amazing job. We were so happy with the results that we had them come back the following year to add a fence. They also take care of our snow removal, and they always deliver. Reliable, professional, and great to deal with every time. Kayla is the best. Highly recommend.

Great service on time and a good job. I have tried a couple of other places where the job was ok at best. These guys clean it like they live there.

We have hired McLean Property Services for a variety of projects and they have never let us down - from restoration and demo work to seasonal tasks like lawncare/gardening and general property care & snow removal. Brady is an absolute professional who treats his clients with deep respect and commitment - almost as if they were family. My father is a senior who lives on his own and his team's ongoing support has helped him maintain his independence. With a careful attention to detail and a personal touch, having Brady's crew around is always a positive experience, and makes you feel like you are being prioritized with custom care and a commitment to service excellence. I'd recommend McLean Property Services to everyone in the Kitchener-Waterloo and Guelph area. Once you hire them, you'll keep going back. It's hard to find such a reliable and personable team.

I had a fantastic experience with McLean Property Services. Their team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to a high standard. Communication was clear and timely, and I always felt confident that the work was in good hands.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. The property looked incredible when they were done, and they made the whole process stress-free.

I would highly recommend McLean Property Services to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and quality property services. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
